Physicians Aesthetic Care provides affordable anti-aging cosmetic treatments and anti-aging products. Cosmetic medical treatments are considered elective and is therefore not reimbursable by standard health insurances. However, because the anti-aging treatments are delivered by a family physician there is no expensive overhead that is passed on to our patients. No more expensive Medi-Spas, Cosmetic Dermatologists, and Cosmetic Surgeon's offices, just care delivered by a family physician and staff who are focused on the well-being of the patient.

Special Financing / Payment Plan
Obtaining the latest offerings in cosmetic anti-aging treatment can be costly. But this should not be a barrier against getting the treatment to preserve your beauty. Physicians Aesthetic Care understands this dilemma. In order to alleviate the cost burden to our clients and patients, we offer the following financing / payment arrangement for any purchases totaling $600.00 or higher. We will divide your payment in equal payments over 3 months. A 50% payment is needed to start this plan.
For example, if Jane purchases 1 vial of Botox (100 units) as a package (10% discount) with 2 boxes of Juvederm Ultra, the total cost would be $2500.00. This is assuming $9.50 discounted price per unit for 1 vial of Botox (100 units) and 2 boxes of Juvederm Ultra at $900 per box. Jane would be required to pay 50% up-front for $1250.00. The remaining $1250.00 would be broken into three equal monthly payments of $416.67.
In summary:
- 1 vial of BOTOX® $950.00
- 2 boxes of JUVÉDERM® ULTRA: $1800.00
- 10% discount applied to package purchase ($2500.00 total)
- 50% payment due at time of service: $1250.00
- 3 equal payment due 1st of next month: $416.67
A valid credit card is required to be on file with and the monthly payment will be automatically deducted each month until payment has been satisfied.
